We have different tariffs to suit our range of accommodation.

We will need to know:
• the house in which you wish to stay
• the number of guests (include adults and children)
• an approximate date for your stay
• if you would like linen (sheets and towels) supplied or you intend to bring your own.

Terms & Conditions

• A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation
• If it is necessary to cancel your booking, we require six (6) weeks notice for your deposit to be fully refunded (less a $50 administration fee). If you cancel your booking with less than six weeks notice, your deposit will only be refunded if the vacancy created is rebooked. (50% of the total tarif will be accessed if a credit card number is held and the reservation is cancelled). If your booking is during public or school holiday periods, then we require ten (10) weeks notice for a cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with three (3) months notice and a full refund of any deposit paid will be returned.
• Refunds will not be given for any circumstances which is beyond our control.
• Refunds will not be given for shortened stays.
• Please note that we do not run organised farm activities - all farm activities are free-range (i.e. help yourself). Some activities are seasonal and are also dependent upon weather conditions.
